Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy
At Discover Wellness Pvt. Ltd. we are committed to delivering exceptional services to our clients. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all, the following policy outlines our procedures for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before booking any services.
Discover Wellness Pvt. Ltd. shall not refund any fees paid. Students are strongly advised to experience the demo of the course initially and then decide whether they would like to subscribe for the course. Refunds would be applicable only in the following exceptional cases.
Technical glitches on the website or in the digital learning material wherein learning becomes impossible. Once a glitch on the website is reported, Discover Wellness will attempt to repair the glitch and restore the learning process within seven days. If the learning process is not restored, Discover Wellness will grant a credit note of twenty five percent of the fees (excluding taxes) which can be redeemed against other courses or transferred to any other person. If the glitch is not repaired within fifteen days from the date of reporting it, Discover Wellness will credit the entire fees through banking channels only. The admission will then be deemed to be cancelled
If the glitch is in the digital learning material given to the subscriber, Discover Wellness will replace the defective storage media with fresh ones within seven days of receipt of the defective storage media. If the media are not sent to the subscriber within fifteen days of the request to replace, Discover Wellness will refund the fees in full. All costs incurred for sending the defective media to Discover Wellness will have to be borne by the subscriber.
On the death of the subscriber and on production of the death certificate, Discover Wellness will refund the entire fees paid to the nominee or the legal heir. Subscriber’s nominee/legal heir will bear all documentation cost
Refunds will be made only through banking channels. The subscription is not transferable except as provided here.
Before receipt of access credentials to the course, subscribers may opt for another course of the same value or higher value and the fees paid can be transferred to the other course. Once the course is accessed (in case of online) or the packaging of the course material opened (in case of offline), no transfer of courses will be permitted.

Rescheduling and Substitution Options

Service Rescheduling Due to Unforeseen Circumstances: In case a client is unable to attend their scheduled service due to illness, emergencies, or other unavoidable situations, the validity period of the service may be extended to allow the client to reschedule at a more convenient time.

Advance Notice for Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a service. Requests for rescheduling made without proper notice may not be accommodated based on availability.
- Service Substitution: If a client decides not to proceed with the originally booked service, they can opt to substitute it with another service of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.

Refund Consideration

Refund requests under such circumstances will be carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Formal Refund Request Process: Clients wishing to request a refund due to unforeseen situations must submit a formal request detailing their circumstances. The request will be reviewed by our Grievance Department, and a decision will be made based on the nature of the issue and supporting documentation.

Refund Processing: If a refund is approved after review, the processing may take up to 14 working days, depending on the complexity of the case.

Escalation of Grievances

Grievance Department: For any concerns or issues related to cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds, clients may escalate their grievance to our Grievance Department. Our team will review and address each case individually to ensure a fair and prompt resolution.

Grievance Submission: To submit a grievance, clients can email [Grievance Department Email] with all relevant details and supporting documents. Our team will respond within 5 working days with an update on the case.

Service Validity Period

Extension of Service Validity: If a client is unable to avail of the service during the original booking period due to illness or emergencies, we offer a reasonable extension of the service validity. This extension will be mutually agreed upon based on the availability of the service provider.

Unused Services: If a client fails to utilize the service within the extended validity period, the service will be considered fulfilled, and no further extensions or adjustments will be provided.

Non-Transferable Services: All booked services are intended for the client who made the booking and are non-transferable.

Policy Modifications: Discover Wellness Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify this policy as needed. Any changes will be communicated on our website or directly to clients.

In case of dispute, the courts of Pune will have jurisdiction. Discover Wellness Pvt. Ltd Pvt. Ltd. reserves the absolute right to revise these Terms at any point of time without prior notice to you other than by posting the revised Terms on the Web Site.
In case of a no-show (failure to appear for a scheduled service), Discover Wellness Pvt. Ltd. does not refund fees paid for services. If the client is unable to avail of the services due to illness, Discover Wellness will extend the validity period.
